Scout Recruitment was originally  launched in November 2005 to provide high quality, permanent recruitment services to the oil and gas industry in the UK, Europe and USA. Since this date, the company has moved with the changing times, and now applies it's expertise to all areas of the energy sector.

Scout Recruitment is a privately owned subsidiary of GTS-Geotech, a leading independent provider of Oil & Gas industry contract staff since the company was founded in 1995.

The ethos of Scout is built around the highly successful GTS-Geotech philosophy of finding and providing only the very best candidates in the industry, as well as building fruitful and ongoing relationships with our clients.

Our Consultants have either worked in the recruitment industry for many years or have a similar level of experience in the energy industry.
